The Torrid District Manager role is based in Edmonton, AB, with extensive travel to stores in AB, MD, and SK provinces. The Torrid District Manager leads Store Managers to provide a superior Torrid Experience to customers and to the store team. Provide immediate feedback and coaching to ensure the team is providing the Torrid Experience to every customer. Coach store leaders on effectively scheduling staff and monitoring floor coverage to maximize selling. Ensure the store environment is appealing to customers and visual merchandising company standards are adhered to. Communicates business objectives and provides feedback to the store teams regarding their business/financial results. Ensure store compliance with all company policies and procedures including but not limited to operational, merchandising, financial, administration, compensation, safety, salary and loss prevention policies and procedures. Deliver District KPI performance, manage payroll hours and shrink performance within company guidelines and goals. 5+ years of specialty/apparel management experience and at least 1-2 years as District Manager or equivalent. ~ Knowledge of women's fashion is a must and knowledge of fashion for Torrid targeted market and plus-size customer needs is preferred. ~ Minimum of high school diploma or GED. Illustrates a dedication to meeting requirements of internal and external customers, responding to all customer requests promptly and thoroughly.
