This Patient Service Clerk manages patient registration, referrals, scheduling, and clinic administration. The work uses Epic, including Cadence, Referral Management, Inbasket communication, and order workqueues. You will support patients and families while maintaining records, lists, charts, supplies, and established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create patient profiles and register patients in Epic Cadence
- Enter, scan, and update electronic referrals in Epic
- Schedule appointments, interpreters, clinic orders, and follow-ups
- Complete patient check-ins, check-outs, payments,



and eligibility updates
- Monitor workqueues, maintain charts, and respond to inquiries

Requirements:

- Secondary School Graduation Diploma
- Approximately six months of related experience
- Knowledge of Epic, Sunrise, and Outlook software
- Effective oral and written communication with internal and external customers
- Essential English and French bilingualism with language assessment
