Nanaimo Community Hospice Society is seeking a compassionate Volunteer Coordinator to lead the Volunteer Program, recruit and train volunteers, and build strong relationships within a strengths-based culture. This role is part time and reports to the Program Manager, requiring strong organizational skills and comfort with MS Office and database programs.
