- Plant Permanent Full Time Clerical Langley Township, BC, CA We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator – Scheduling to help keep our Production and Packaging operations running smoothly. Reporting to the Procurement & Admin Manager, you’ll coordinate schedules, analyze production jobs, troubleshoot discrepancies, and work closely with multiple teams in our fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Schedule Production and Packaging jobs Investigate inventory and job discrepancies Identify errors and help teams improve accuracy Recommend process and efficiency improvements Support Operations projects and daily priorities Robust Microsoft Excel and computer skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines ROSS or ERP experience is an asset If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and keeping operations moving, we’d love to hear from you Full time in office Monday to Friday
