As an Estate Insurance Associate, you will support Estate and Insurance Advisors, clients, and business partners. Your work includes administrative processes, relationship management, client acquisition, and issue resolution. You will also analyze performance information and help maintain an accurate, developing book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver administrative services supporting Estate and Insurance Advisors
- Build relationships with clients and business partners
- Address service issues and escalate when required
- Analyze sales and service performance against plans
- Coordinate client requests and issue resolution
Requirements:
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in a related field
- Life Insurance Licence
- Advanced knowledge of investment and administrative processes
- Knowledge of Life Insurance, investment, Trust, and Estate services
