Lead complex business analysis for Wawanesa’s Direct Venture using requirements, customer journeys and cross-functional change leadership in a hybrid environment. As Lead Business Analyst, you will guide large initiatives shaping a new direct insurer. You will connect members, business teams and technology through explicit analysis. The work includes business cases, user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery for ambiguous, cross-functional and high-risk initiatives Translate objectives and insights into requirements and features Analyze customer and operational journeys across business areas Resolve conflicts and present impacts, options and trade-offs Coach analysts and improve analysis practices

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience Minimum seven years of business analysis experience Experience leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives Proficiency with Jira and Confluence CBAP or CIP designation is an asset Apply business analysis leadership, member focus and structured requirements expertise to Wawanesa’s Direct Venture transformation.
