Provide personal care and daily living support from Worsley Health Centre across rural home and community settings as a Health Care Aide. Work days and weekends in a casual relief Home Care assignment with varied shifts.

This Health Care Aide works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team serving patients, clients, and residents. Under regulated health skilled supervision, you will support care plans, facility procedures, and patients’ hygiene, nutrition, mobility, recreation, and safety needs. Communication with families, caregivers, nurses, and health care professionals remains central.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver support services for short term or ongoing assistance
- Provide personal assistance across the continuum of care
- Assist nurses with routine patient care




- Support patients’ recreation and organized activities
- Report changes in mood, health, and wellbeing

Requirements:

- CLHA registration or eligibility as a Health Care Aide
- Complete HCA Certificate requirements within eighteen months when applicable
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Comfort providing care in patients’ homes
- Satisfactory required security screening before starting
