Operate and program CNC machines at Husky Technologies in Bolton, using mechanical drawings and precision machining skills across rotating shifts.

This full-time CNC Machinist role prepares multiple machines for drilling, grinding, milling, and close-tolerance production. You will read blueprints, translate instructions into computer commands, inspect finished parts, and support manufacturing continuity. The position also includes troubleshooting, quality decisions, and technical support for Manufacturing Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up tooling and load raw materials into CNC machines
- Run programs, supervise machines, and adjust operations
- Inspect and measure finished products against requirements




- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Investigate non-conformance, scrap, and process improvement opportunities

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Four or more years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency operating CNC machines
- Robust mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts and lift 40 pounds
