The Wickaninnish Inn seeks an Assistant Spa Manager for its Relais & Châteaux property. You will support the Spa Manager, lead by example, and uphold Relais & Châteaux, Forbes, and AAA standards. The position includes scheduling, training, payroll submissions, performance management, budgeting, inventory, and SpaSoft procedures. Previous massage practitioner experience and 1,000 hours of massage education are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver personalized guest service meeting established luxury standards
- Act as Spa Manager during their absence
- Support scheduling, training, payroll, and performance reviews




- Maintain spa cleanliness, equipment, storage, and workspaces
- Monitor retail performance and support SpaSoft transition

Requirements:

- Minimum two years’ management experience in luxury facilities
- Previous massage practitioner experience and 1,000 education hours
- Superior communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial statements, and inventory management
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and shift work
