High Performance We use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our recruitment process. As part of Maple Leaf Foods' Maintenance Team,



the individual will be responsible for maintaining and servicing equipment used in the facility for the daily production of our products. In doing so, they will support safe plant operations, uphold a safe working environment for all team members, and ensure equipment and processes align with our commitment to animal welfare standards. Please note that this role operates on a night shift schedule. OurMillwright rate is $46.81/hour, with an additional premium of $0.70/hour for the night shift. Journeyman Ticket or Red Seal Millwright Certification (required) Solid knowledge of plant and equipment operations Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical issues in a fast-paced environment Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan daily tasks with minimal supervision Ability to work collaboratively with Production, Maintenance, and cross-functional teams Willingness and ability to work overnight shifts Availability for weekend overtime as production demands require Physically capable of handling heavy equipment (in excess of 25 kg) Poultry or food production experience is considered an asset
