The location provides aftermarket services for business & private jets, produces interiors for Air New Market in North America and designs custom residential interiors. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and account reconciliations. Maintain oversight of general ledger accounting activities and ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded, reviewed, and booked in accordance with Canadian and/or U.

sales tax and other indirect tax compliance requirements. Support corporate tax reporting and coordinate with external tax advisors. Provide guidance on cross-border transactions and multi-entity accounting matters. Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain required documentation. Strengthen internal controls and finance processes in a multi-currency environment (USD/EUR/CAD). Have 3-6 years of progressive accounting and finance experience. S. accounting principles and regulations. S. tax requirements. Understand legal and contractual concepts affecting finance and compliance. Have advanced Excel and ERP system experience. Due to our international business workplace and close collaboration with our headquarters in Austria and subsidiaries worldwide, strong English communication skills are required.
