Drive advisor sales remotely for Manulife using consultative selling, outbound calling, and guaranteed wealth solutions across British Columbia. Build relationships with financial advisors and field staff while supporting segregated funds, annuities, and GICs.
As a Business Development Consultant, you will develop advisor relationships and grow sales through strategic outreach. Your work includes question-based selling, Salesforce activity tracking, and tailored wealth solution discussions. Manulife supports this training platform with a proprietary continuous training program for future field sales roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make at least 60 outbound advisor calls daily
- Gather advisor practice intelligence through question-based selling
- Demonstrate Manulife guaranteed wealth solution merits
- Support positioning of segregated funds, annuities, and GICs
- Execute campaigns, identify prospects, and create actionable plans
Requirements:
- Minimum two years financial services or sales experience
- Proven success in proactive sales and cold calling
- Related college or university degree, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of segregated funds, annuities, GICs, and retirement income planning
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and intermediate Excel
