The Temporary Personal Plan Facilitator works with people using services and their circles of support. You will learn about each person and facilitate plans addressing needs, hopes, and dreams. The work includes Karis Disability Services teams and reflects the organization’s core Values. The goal is building communities of belonging.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with people using services and their support circles
- Learn about each person’s needs, hopes, and dreams
- Facilitate creation of comprehensive Personal Plans
- Include Karis Disability Services support teams in planning




- Support communities of belonging through personal planning

Requirements:

- Five years’ developmental or similar social services experience
- University degree
- Facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Valid Saskatchewan full Class 5 driver’s licence
- Reliable transportation, driver’s abstract, and Vulnerable Sector check
