Join our dynamic team as a Reliability Engineer, where you'll focus on enhancing equipment uptime and developing maintenance strategies. This instrumental role will also support our new distribution center in Vancouver.As a Reliability Engineer at the Reyes Family of Businesses, you will play a critical role in both new and existing projects. Your responsibilities will entail hands-on work with design, installation, and commissioning, along with improving preventative maintenance programs.



Candidates will expect initial travel to Calgary and Oshawa for training and operational insight.Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily checks and repairs on refrigeration equipment- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs- Monitor energy usage to reduce utility costs- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using six sigma and kaizen- Manage technical projects from inception to completionRequirements:- 3-5 years of experience in reliability engineering- Proven knowledge of refrigerated warehouse environments- Strong communication, presentation, and report writing skills- Education in Mechatronics or Engineering preferred- Experience in mechanical or electrical roles is an assetElevate equipment reliability and efficiency with your skills and expertise in our cutting-edge engineering environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
