The Deep Cleaner maintains clean, sanitary kitchen operations throughout Cache Creek facilities. This position cleans equipment, floors, mats, stations, storage racks, ovens, warmers, vents, and hoods. The work also includes trash removal, cooking-oil disposal, and occasional food preparation assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, stations, and machinery
- Sweep and mop kitchen, dish room, and EDR floors
- Wash restaurant, Bingo, kitchen, EDR, and dish room mats
- Clean ovens, warmers, walls, racks, vents, and hoods
- Empty trash and dispose of cooking oil daily

Requirements:

- No prior experience or training required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Obtain Cache Creek Casino Tribal Gaming License
- Read straightforward words and recognize numerical similarities
- Regularly lift up to 25 pounds; frequently lift 50
