As an Assistant Planner, you will support Planners and Supervisors while developing practical media skills. The work combines data organization, client and competitive research, vendor coordination, billing support, and presentation materials. You will also learn industry platforms and proprietary tools used across approved media plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support execution of approved plans across all media
- Organize supporting data and media research
- Manage vendor contracts and insertion order revisions
- Address discrepant media invoices and assist billing




- Update budgets, competitive reports, and presentation materials

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree; relevant concentrations preferred
- Solid quantitative, analytical, and mathematical abilities
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency
- Critical thinking, accuracy, teamwork, and deadline management
