Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices. analyze utilization reports to ensure those with lower utilization are assigned more billable work and escape performance concerns to HC/performance coaches Collaborate with Resource Management professionals to share best practices and drive process improvements Develop expertise in Resource Management technology and workflow management for planning, allocations, forecasting, and reporting Collaborate with Human Capital (HC) to escape and resolve workforce issues, including performance concerns and timesheet discrepancies. Additionally, work together on strategic workforce management and utilization to ensure optimal alignment and deployment of resources Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred Experience in a professional service,



consulting, or project-based workplace preferred 5-7 years of relevant work experience is preferred Strong understanding of Resource Management, forecasting, and strategic planning Advanced proficiency in data analysis, excel and storytelling through data Ability to manage ambiguity, complex projects, and tight deadlines.
