Use domestic violence expertise and empathic listening to guide DCP&P; case planning for families in Passaic County. This full-time role is onsite.

JBWS is hiring Domestic Violence Liaisons to provide case consultation within the Passaic County Program. The position supports nonoffending parents and children while helping DCP&P; staff identify needs and appropriate interventions. Collaboration and flexibility are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consult with DCP&P; staff on domestic violence cases
- Model best practices when working with families
- Present information and mentor local staff
- Train DCP&P; offices according to DCF standards
- Document services under DCP&P; and JBWS standards

Requirements:

- AA with five years domestic violence experience
- Preferred DV Specialist certification from NJ Board
- Preferred 40-hour domestic violence training
- Solid communication and concise documentation skills
- Ability to manage interruptions and multiple tasks
