- Canada Lead and manage cybersecurity programs using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Protected, Kanban) to support enterprise goals. Oversee cross-functional teams to deliver security initiatives aligned with recognized frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001. Use Jira and Jira Align to plan, track, and report progress across multiple Agile teams and release trains. Drive value stream identification, mapping, and continuous improvement across cybersecurity initiatives to improve delivery outcomes. Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and SOX. Minimum 7+ years of experience in program/project management. Minimum 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity program delivery. Minimum 3+ years of experience managing large-scale cybersecurity initiatives such as IAM, Zero Trust, SOC modernization,
or Cloud Security. Minimum 3+ years of strong experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). Opportunity to lead cybersecurity program delivery and drive continuous improvement across value streams. Work in a structured Agile environment with tools like Jira and Jira Align to support transparent execution. Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical leads to prioritize backlogs and deliver risk-based outcomes. Contribute to a forward-looking information security roadmap aligned with business strategy. Support executive visibility by reporting program status, KPIs, and risk posture to leadership and steering committees.
