The role combines relationship building, conflict resolution, CRM case management, and transparent communication. You will also support brand experiences, farmer engagement, and marketing initiatives while translating customer feedback into action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and emails with empathy and professionalism
- Own complex complaints through resolution using independent judgment
- Document interactions in IssueTrak and compile weekly reports
- Share customer insights and recommend process improvements
- Support farmer engagement and marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum three years in customer service or customer experience
- Advanced customer service and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience handling sensitive or escalated complaints
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with CRM or case management tools
