Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver longitudinal primary care virtually
- Provide chronic disease support for patients
- Complete follow-up care for ongoing needs

Requirements:

- Maintain Newfoundland and Labrador NP licensure
- Maintain licensure in Alberta, Ontario, British Columbia, or Quebec
- Have at least three years of NP experience
- Demonstrate all-ages primary care experience
- Communicate strongly and work independently
