Support Wonderbrands bakery manufacturing as an Industrial Electrician skilled in motors, controls, automation devices, and pneumatic systems. Work in Langley, BC, on continental 12-hour shifts with day or night flexibility.
Wonderbrands produces Wonder Bread, Country Harvest, D’Italiano, Gadoua, and Casa Mendosa across Canadian bakery facilities. As a Maintenance Electrician, you provide technical support during production runtime and help sustain equipment functionality. Your work covers electrical systems, automation components, facility maintenance, and asset-management routines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and troubleshoot motors, motor controls, and automation field devices
- Maintain facility electrical systems ranging from 120 to 600 volts
- Use diagnostic tools to identify components needing repair or calibration
- Assemble equipment with hand and power tools before installation
- Participate in projects improving equipment safety, efficiency, and reliability
Requirements:
- Required nationally accredited Electrical Trade ticket or Red Seal
- Three years’ experience in high-speed manufacturing environments
- Food manufacturing experience is highly preferred
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Basic Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PLC troubleshooting knowledge
