Manage fabrication purchasing with RFQs, purchase orders, and vendor follow-up at EnerCorp Engineered Solutions in Calgary or Grande Prairie. Accuracy drives every material decision.

As Purchaser, you will support fabrication operations and global teams across North America, South America, and the Middle East. You will convert approved estimates into POs, coordinate long-lead materials, and maintain supply without overbuying. The work involves engineering drawings, vendor quotes, production schedules, and audited documentation. You will use NetSuite, Outlook, and warehouse status tools while collaborating with operations, engineering, sales, and warehouse leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and quote fabrication materials from multiple vendors
- Issue purchase orders from approved estimates




- Manage landing schedules against production requirements
- Select approved subcontractors and handle subcontractor POs
- Approve purchased-material invoices and review discrepancies

Requirements:

- Three or more years in purchasing, procurement, or materials
- Fabrication, manufacturing, or oil and gas experience
- Experience running RFQs, comparing quotes, and issuing POs
- Comfort reading engineering drawings, IFA/IFC packages, and long-lead lists
- Working knowledge of ERP systems; NetSuite preferred
