Lead Xsolla’s anti-fraud architecture with fintech expertise and high-throughput, low-latency systems experience. Shape decision-critical risk technology at global scale. As Tech Lead, you will own the technical vision for Xsolla’s anti-fraud platform and services. You will guide engineers across technical architecture, fraud prevention, and risk systems. The work spans real-time transaction scoring, rule engines, decision workflows, and Anti-Fraud Systems integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Own anti-fraud platform technical vision and architecture Design real-time transaction risk scoring systems Lead AFS integrations and third-party provider decisions Ensure performance, reliability, security, and compliance Mentor engineers and handle complex fraud incidents

Requirements:

Eight or more years of software engineering experience Significant fintech or payments engineering experience Experience designing or leading Anti-Fraud Systems Backend skills in Java, Kotlin, Go, or similar High-volume, low-latency distributed systems experience Bring technical leadership, fraud domain expertise, and backend engineering strength to Xsolla’s mission-critical risk systems.
