As a Growth and Business Development Intern, you will help Mercana identify new markets and potential customers. Your work spans furniture and home décor research, competitor analysis, account development, and customer engagement. You will collaborate with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research target markets, competitors, and potential customers
- Build account lists and market maps
- Identify furniture and home décor industry trends
- Assist with prospective customer conversations
- Communicate new opportunities and account activity internally

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing Business, Marketing, or related degree
- Interest in business development, sales, or entrepreneurship
- Outgoing and confident communication style
- Organized, proactive, and highly motivated approach
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
