Configure Salesforce flows and manage multiple orgs at RideCo in Waterloo Region, with a minimum three days in-office attendance each week. Support internal teams and customer-facing systems across on-demand transit technology.

RideCo seeks a Salesforce Administrator with 2+ years of configuration, support, and/or administration experience. You will maintain Salesforce environments, develop Experience Cloud sites, and advise team members across projects and feature enhancements. The work includes change control, data integrity, testing, deployments, and user training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and configure internal and customer-facing Salesforce orgs
- Design and implement Salesforce flows and automations
- Develop and maintain Experience Cloud sites
- Manage roles, profiles, permissions,



sharing rules, and groups
- Deploy functionality after final acceptance testing

Requirements:

- Technical undergraduate or college degree
- 2+ years Salesforce configuration, support, and/or administration experience
- Salesforce Administration Certifications
- Knowledge of Salesforce formulas and complex flows
- Availability for required travel within Canada and the United States
