Manage tenant relations and property administration on-site in Downtown Toronto, supporting JLL’s office and industrial portfolio with Yardi expertise. Coordinate financial and operational details for tenants, vendors, and property teams.

As a Property Administrator, you will assist the Property Manager with tenant service and property management functions. Your work includes reporting, budgets, invoices, account reconciliation, and tenant communications. The portfolio covers office and industrial properties in the greater Toronto area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain professional relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors
- Assist with monthly reporting and financial variance analysis
- Prepare budgets and reflect entries accurately in Yardi
- Process invoices,



purchase orders, accruals, and tenant chargebacks
- Manage receivables, tenant issues, and service request follow-up

Requirements:

- Two to three years’ commercial property administration experience
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Accounting or financial background preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and prioritization skills
