The Sales Trainee supports sales initiatives and covers Account Sales Managers’ routes during absences or special projects. You will manage Red Bull products, assess account needs, and maintain relationships across off-premise stores. The work emphasizes product rotation, equipment standards, competitor communication, and monthly performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Red Bull products in assigned distribution accounts
- Determine ongoing product needs at customer accounts
- Maintain relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations




- Cover Account Sales Managers’ routes when needed
- Meet monthly sales and merchandising performance indicators

Requirements:

- Preferred prior sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts and lift 25 pounds
