This temporary five-month full time leadership position supports Community Health Services across CarePartners’ Ontario operations. The Personal Support Manager provides field coaching, maintains Care Plans, monitors employee performance, and promotes positive public relations. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, with rotational evenings and weekends through Branch Manager On-Call participation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide coordination and supervision for Community Support Workers

- Promote and market Community Health Services
- Guide workplace Health and Safety activities

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse education
- Three to five years of job-related experience
- College of Nurses of Ontario registration
- Knowledge of case management and nursing practices
- Computer, scheduling, communication, and current CPR skills
