Maintain Level’s guest areas overnight through detailed housekeeping, property patrols, and calm responses to requests, emergencies, and disturbances.

The Overnight House Attendant maintains cleanliness across corridors, elevators, stairwells, hallways, public areas, and the fitness center. You will complete janitorial duties, restock housekeeping carts, support late-arriving guests, and handle straightforward front desk requests. The position also includes minor maintenance, incident reporting, and overnight communication with management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness of public areas, hallways, and fitness center
- Conduct interior and exterior property patrols overnight
- Respond to guest requests for towels, linens, and amenities




- Complete minor maintenance tasks and report hazards
- Restock housekeeping areas and carts for following shifts

Requirements:

- Previous housekeeping, maintenance, or security experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and self-motivation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain alert and calm overnight
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk for long periods
