Lead ASPE reporting and financial stewardship as Controller at Everguard Fire Safety, supporting accurate decisions across a multi-location organization. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Controller leads accounting and payroll functions for Everguard Fire Safety. This role oversees financial reporting, internal controls, month-end close, and taxation compliance while providing practical insights to leaders. You will also guide budgeting, forecasting, planning, and performance analysis across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual ASPE financial statements Analyze variances against budgets, forecasts, and prior-year results Lead month-end and year-end close activities Maintain accounting records, controls,
and reporting integrity Provide financial analysis supporting informed leadership decisions
Requirements:
CPA designation in valuable standing Progressive accounting and financial leadership experience Strong knowledge of ASPE and internal controls Experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills Apply financial leadership, ASPE expertise, and analytical discipline to strengthen reporting and stewardship at Everguard Fire Safety.
