Start on day shift as a Building Maintenance Technician with Lineage, developing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance skills. Work Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This entry level position provides training to build skills within Lineage’s maintenance team. Under leadership’s instruction and close supervision, you will maintain facility assets, physical structures, exterior grounds, and material handling equipment. The work also includes basic refrigeration inspections, automated-site sensors, and minor repairs.
Key Responsibilities
Complete basic preventative maintenance on mechanical assets Perform minor repairs on facility structures and exterior grounds Maintain proximity switches, sensors,
and push buttons Inspect refrigeration systems under close supervision Maintain material handling equipment according to guidelines
Requirements:
Trade school courses or minimal relevant maintenance experience preferred Operate power and hand tools proficiently Complete routine maintenance with instruction and supervision Demonstrate basic computer and problem-solving skills Lift at least 50 pounds and work flexible shifts Build a Lineage maintenance career through hands-on training, preventative maintenance, equipment care, and secure facility operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
