Own show accounting from pre-settlement through month-end reporting, using advanced Excel and reconciliation skills in a deadline-driven setting. Support major shows and festivals as required.

This accounting-focused position manages financial activity for each show. You will work with promoters, artist representatives, production staff, and the talent department while entering settlements, reconciling accounts, and completing close activities. The work includes artist wires, venue expenses, invoices, accruals, and per-show contribution margins.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with pre-settlement and night-of-show artist settlements
- Enter settlements and distribute reports to stakeholders
- Review documentation and backup for audit purposes
- Reconcile revenues,



costs, accruals, and receivable balances
- Complete month-end close and report contribution margins

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
- CPA designation progress or completion
- Three to five years of accounting experience
- Advanced Excel and Oracle or Salesforce capability
- Evening, weekend, and festival travel flexibility
