Ideal Glass Hardware Inc. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Markham. This is a hands-on role combining sales, customer service, order processing, and warehouse order fulfillment . You will work directly with contractors, installers, fabricators, builders, and other customers from initial inquiry through completion of their orders. Assist walk-in, phone, and email customers with product inquiries, pricing, and availability Build relationships with new and existing customers and identify sales opportunities Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales documentation Personally prepare and fulfill customer orders , including picking products from the warehouse, verifying SKUs and quantities, packing, and preparing orders for pickup or shipment Previous sales or customer service experience Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple orders and customers Basic computer skills Able to work full time on-site in Markham B2B sales experience Experience in glass hardware, construction, building materials, or hardware Familiarity with inventory, SKUs, quotations, purchase orders, and order fulfillment #
