CBC New Brunswick is seeking an experienced journalist who understands what makes great journalism. This permanent position serves audiences across platforms through strong story ideas, careful reporting, and efficient production. You will collaborate with journalists across three provincial stations while covering communities in New Brunswick.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate, pitch, and pursue strong story ideas
- Develop original stories across multiple formats
- Cover breaking news with speed and accuracy
- Write stories and package photos, audio, and video
- Gather original photos, audio, and video

Requirements:

- Journalism degree or equivalent newsroom experience
- Curiosity and knowledge of current events
- Strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills
- Ability to work early, late, and weekend shifts
- Commitment to diverse, inclusive, respectful journalism
