Put proven reach truck experience to work coordinating warehouse shipping, receiving, and inventory activities in Edmonton, Alberta.

As a Shipping & Inventory Coordinator, you will support daily warehouse operations through secure equipment operation and accurate material handling. Responsibilities include receiving stock, processing documentation, replenishing inventory, and maintaining computerized records. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:15 AM to 4:30 PM Alberta time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive stock and verify quantities against documentation
- Perform stock replenishment and FIFO stock rotation
- Update waybills, parcel counts, dates, and serialized ranges
- Coordinate bulk orders and departmental mail




- Participate in safety inspections and procedures

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of warehouse shipping experience
- Cycle counting and inventory reconciliation using computer systems
- Minimum one year operating reach trucks hands-on
- Valid Class 5 licence and safety footwear
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
