You will engage students, universities, student groups, and external partners while working with hiring managers. Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with students and universities
- Identify early-career talent through sourcing and networking
- Represent CPP Investments at information sessions
- Support interviews, selection, offers, and communication
- Develop consistent interview and evaluation materials

Requirements:

- Relevant university or college education
- Two years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Student or graduate recruiting experience is an asset
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Workday Recruiting experience is an asset
