As Associate Insurance Advisor II, you will support agency operations through sales, service, and profitable growth. Apply broad knowledge of The Co-operators personal lines, including auto and home, alongside specialty products. Recommend suitable coverages, assess risks under underwriting guidelines, and address client concerns while pursuing agency goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and service personal and specialty insurance products
- Recommend coverages and policies matching client needs
- Prospect for additional products and services
- Complete frontline risk assessments and inspections
- Resolve client questions, complaints, and escalated issues
Requirements:
- Required General Insurance license
- Life license considered an asset
- Meet provincial licensing and continuing education requirements
- Preferred minimum two years insurance sales experience
- In-depth auto and property insurance knowledge
