This opportunity suits an accountant who enjoys large datasets, financial reporting, and robust Excel models. You will manage property-level cash activity, update forecasts, and explain trends, metrics, and variances to Asset Management, operations, management, and investors. The role requires a robust accounting foundation and practical collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review funding requests against cash forecasts and requirements
- Forecast capital expenditures, leasing costs, and operating results
- Maintain models through acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio changes
- Deliver property performance analysis to Asset Management




- Support special projects and process improvements

Requirements:

- Two to four years in property accounting and analysis
- Business bachelor’s degree, majoring in Accounting or Finance
- CPA enrollment required; designation considered an asset
- Understanding of real estate partnership structures and waterfalls
- Python, Power BI, and Yardi experience considered assets
