A leading national distributor of pop culture, trading card games (TCG), and collectible merchandise is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at their 20,000 sq. ft. facility in Surrey, BC. This hands-on leadership role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, team coordination, and daily workflow execution across receiving, inventory management, and fulfillment. The ideal candidate brings extensive warehouse management experience, strong expertise in implementing bin systems, and a proactive leadership style. Warehouse Manager Full-time, Permanent Position Schedule & Shift Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts; occasional overtime & bi-annual weekend inventory required) Minimum 10 years of experience as a Warehouse or Distribution Center Manager Hands-on experience implementing and managing a warehouse BIN System You are currently located in and legally permitted to work full time in British Columbia Permanent position with a reputable organization Competitive hourly wage ($38.00 – $45.00/hour) based on experience Standard weekday day shift (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) offering excellent work-life balance Full-time leadership position overseeing a well-established 20,000 sq. ft. distribution facility Oversee and optimize daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, inventory organization, order picking, packing, and shipping Manage inventory control, reconcile stock discrepancies, and lead bi-annual weekend inventory counts (conducted twice per year)Lead, coordinate, and mentor a team of ~16 warehouse personnel, including Shipping/Receiving department leads Track key performance metrics, identify operational bottlenecks, and execute continuous process improvements Conduct regular employee performance reviews and foster a high-accountability team environment Operate material handling equipment,
