This Finance and Accounting Manager owns daily transactional accounting and broader finance functions. The position requires AP/AR, reconciliations, month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting. You will work independently, supervise an office assistant, and provide financial clarity to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily transactional and full-cycle accounting activities
- Complete AP/AR, account, and bank reconciliations
- Manage month-end close and prepare financial statements
- Analyze variances, budgets, and forecasts for leadership




- Oversee complex investment reconciliations across organizational assets

Requirements:

- Solid full-cycle accounting experience through financial reporting
- CPA designation considered an asset, not required
- Charitable or fund accounting experience strongly preferred
