Mosaic seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist with three-plus years of experience, ideally in construction, property management, or real estate. You will manage invoices, cheque runs, vendor setup, reconciliations, and payment issues. The position supports construction and closing teams while strengthening accounts payable processes across projects and companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own invoice cycles for assigned projects and companies
- Verify invoices against contracts, purchase orders, quotes, and agreements
- Run cheque releases and process rush payment requests
- Reconcile credit card statements and verify coding




- Resolve discrepancies and recommend accounts payable improvements

Requirements:

- Three-plus years of accounts payable experience
- Construction, property management, or real estate experience preferred
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong data entry and methodical problem-solving skills
