Lead PPG production operations on the midnight shift using manufacturing leadership, quality control, and workforce coordination skills. Work Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. As Line Leader, you oversee assigned-shift production activities and report to the Production Manager. You coordinate staffing, coach employees, monitor performance, and maintain process control. The position supports secure, efficient operations while meeting quality, productivity, and operational goals.

Requirements:
Demonstrated manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience Knowledge of TS 16949, IATF 16949, ISO, or quality systems Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement Familiarity with labor management and performance metrics Proficiency in production reporting and workforce scheduling Bring production supervision, quality management, and workforce planning expertise to PPG’s midnight-shift manufacturing operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
