As an Industrial Millwright, you will maintain production equipment, hydraulic systems, and pumps. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, continuous improvement, and equipment reliability. You will also use CMMS systems while supporting safety, quality, productivity, waste reduction, and 5S initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment failures
- Perform inspections, repairs, lubrication, and preventive maintenance
- Apply Root Cause Analysis to improve equipment OEE
- Process work orders and updates through CMMS systems
- Follow lockout/tagout procedures and complete pre-risk assessments
Requirements:
- Hold a 433A Certificate of Qualification or Red Seal endorsement
- Possess a Certificate of Apprenticeship
- Bring at least two years of experience
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Know Microsoft Office, CMMS, and protected work practices
