As an integral member of the Finance Team, the Senior Accountant is an experienced, business-minded professional with an entrepreneurial spirit. This is a current vacancy and we are looking for someone to oversee and manage financial reporting of our accounting department reporting to our Director, Corporate Accounting.



Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures. Complete bank account reconciliations and monitor cash flow for several companies Manage accounts receivable and accounts payables for multiple companies. Process inter-company transactions and reconciliations Maintain HST accounts, filings and interactions with agencies Completes month end closing process and prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Complies with federal, provincial, and municipal legal requirements by studying requirements; Bachelor degree or College Diploma in the field of business/management with specialization in accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with financial software packages including Sage and Push Operations. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
