The human resource program manager ensures that human resource programs support the long-term goals of the People plan for Business Units across the Portfolio. This position owns the reporting and analytics for all the units of business to enable business decisions and optimize business performance supported by consistent and reliable data. This is a great generalist role that will oversee a range of full Human Resources programs including employee development, engagement & business integrations. This position also conducts regular HR training for employees and supervisors and involves close collaboration with the HR Business unit leaders. Ability to travel internationally as required Post-secondary degree in in human resources or a related field and five years of human resource experience; or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
