Requirements ~2+ years of receiving experience, ideally in a similar industry ~ Strong interpersonal & leadership skills ~ Flexible hours ~ High school diploma ~ WMS Ramp experience is required. ~ Fleet Management work experience is required. Specialization in shipping and receiving is required. ~ Manual Transmission vehicle driving experience is required. ~ Knowledge of Dispatch track, CCUI and Compass software is an asset ~ Strong communication and problem-solving skills. ~ Large workload, rapid-paced environment, working under pressure and attention to detail is required by the nature of position. ~ Availability of flexible hours due to logistical requirements is a must. ~ Class 5 driver license – mandatory (clean records will be checked) ~ Experience with ERP/MRP systems is considered an asset ~ Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and deliver effective training.
