Apply mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills as a Field Service Technician with Tennant Company, serving customer sites daily. Drive a company van while supporting cleaning equipment operations.

This position supports Tennant products and similar competitor models across customer facilities. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and combustion engine systems. The work also includes customer communication, service scheduling, documentation, and collaboration with internal partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventative maintenance on customer-owned cleaning equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine systems
- Schedule service activities and communicate service expectations




- Maintain service records and business reporting documentation
- Keep vehicles, tools, parts, and equipment organized

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license meeting Tennant driving policy requirements
- At least three years troubleshooting combustion engines
- At least three years repairing mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to lift 60 pounds and drive daily
