Lead night-shift distribution operations in Concord, Ontario, using people leadership and performance management at Kohl & Frisch Limited. As Operations Manager, you will oversee Keele Distribution Centre activities within Operations & Supply Chain. You will lead supervisors and frontline employees while managing labour planning, KPIs, inventory accuracy, quality, and customer service commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily night-shift operations and operational performance Manage labour planning, scheduling, staffing, budgets, and resources Develop and monitor KPIs for accountability and improvement Coach supervisors, lead hands, and frontline employees Maintain warehouse-floor presence and address operational challenges

Requirements:





Seven to ten years’ progressive distribution, warehousing, or logistics experience Supervisory or management experience leading and developing teams Experience leading improvements and implementing current processes Understanding of KPIs, labour planning, budgeting, and productivity measures Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems Bring hands-on leadership, operational data expertise, and team development experience to Kohl & Frisch’s night-shift distribution operations.
