Halton Region seeks a Personal Support Worker for its nursing and personal care team. You will support residents with activities of daily living, report status changes, and follow registered staff direction. The temporary contract runs up to 12 months, with evening hours from 1500 to 2300.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care supporting residents’ daily living activities
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and families
- Observe and report changes in resident status

Requirements:





- Completed approved Personal Support Worker program or HSCPOA registration
